Green Idea: If you love shoes like I do, you know the pain when your favorite heels bite the dust. However before you toss your treads into the trash, give them a second look--could you have them repaired?

In Wilmington, I have found the best shoe repair shop: Fast Feet Shoe Repair in Concord Mall (on the end by Sears). They have beautifully re-created many of my shoes that simply needed to be re-soled. If you don't live in my area, there are surely stores in your home-town that can help you recapture your dancing shoes...you can even save a little green because a repair usually costs much less than buying new!
