meet a new superhero...gastrokid!

Thanks to my college buddy, Jessie, I have been introduced to a new superhero...Gastrokid! But fear not fans, it isn't what it sounds like (i.e. grab the air freshener!). It is a super fabulous book hot off the presses that illustrates how families can eat healthy and have fun with food. The authors Hugh Garvey & Matthew Yeomans challenge the notion of "hiding vegetables" in food...they are going for the full reveal!
