Recipe for Spritz Cookies

2 cups butter, softened

2 eggs, well beaten

4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons almond extract

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add flour and flavoring. Put through a cookie press onto cold ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate with sprinkles before baking. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
