bust a move!

One of the things I love about springtime is that the world seems to come alive after a long slumber...outdoor sports begin, gardens are prepped and planted, and most of all homes are opened for sale!  I have been touring so many wonderful homes in my area, and can I tell you, this is a great time to buy!  First off, you have a little present from the government (tax credit), it's a buyer's market (a bit of flexibility on prices), and you have the opportunity to lock in a low interest rate.  The leaders of the industry say this is a once in a blue moon event...don't miss it!
